1. First experiences with our new website

We went live with our new website in February 2015. Despite the long test phase, we encountered some bugs, but luckily we were able to solve this very fast. Also the speed of the site is good now. This means the both our Dutch and foreign relationships can easily access the site and order our services and products.Our Professional relationships were asked to activate their Professional Account on our site in order to receive discount vouchers. If you are one of the few who did no do this, please do so. You can find the buttons for these steps below this message. Please keep in mind that in order to get privileged access to all the news and products on our site, you must followed at least the Introduction Courses we organize from time to time!

2. New data of workshops and webinars are known!

As mentioned earlier in our newsletter, we have scheduled all the future dates for our workshops and webinars. You are able now to plan ahead in your calender and reserve the dates.The type of courses is diverse and we also included new introduction workshops. New therapists and coaches are able then to get introduced in an easy way with our vision and way of working.We also start with webinars. This enables us to have an easy direct contact with our professionals, and to discuss the latest scientific developments in the field of health maintenance. There will of course also be room for questions and answers. The webinar is an easy way for you to exchange ideas and thoughts from your own office at home. Please realize to subscribe on time! 3. The dollar-euro exchange rate

We follow with a great disappointment the current decline of the euro/dollar exchange rate in the last months, and more is to be expected. Because we import a great part of our products in the USA, we are confronted with a much higher import price of the products. We tried to prevent to increase our sales prices by cost cutting but it appears not doable. This means that our HTMA prices are adjusted this week.The price of our HTMA related supplements will be adjusted with 10% at May 1 2015. You have the possibility to purchase some stock the coming weeks before we change the prices in the web shop.

4. A new HTMA report format

In the last weeks we have received feedback on the new draft HTMA report we are developing. This feedback is being processed now, and soon we hope to go live with the new version. For our Dutch clients it implies that we will stop with the UK version of the standard ARL laboratory report, and that we will use our new developed Dutch version. We do this because we would like to share with you all the latest insights we have gathered in the last 3 years. These insights are not fully integrated yet in the standard ARL version. Our Professional Relationships will then receive a Dutch report, which can be easily shared with their clients, and a specialized annex, including supplement advice. Reports developed for consumers will not contain the Supplement advice due to the complexicity of the background and context. We will redirect these consumers to Professional Therapists for further advice.
