A new website!
We worked hard the last months on the improvement of Biocoherence. We our proud to further improve our services to therapists and professionals in their mission to offer solid tools in the treatment and coaching of their clients.
At the same time, we strive for a continuous improvement of our quality in our reports. We receive a lot of questions from visitors who are active with the health and lifestyle, but do not visit a professional therapist. We therefore have decided to offer our services also to people, wishing to monitor his or her own lifestyle and health. We have developed a new HTMA report which can both be used by our professional clients (next to the professional report), as well as by consumers.
We therefore announce the launch of our new website today, and sincerely hope that you will see this as a next improved step in our development. You as Professional already have noticed in the last months that we started with automatic notification of our reports on your Account page.

We have tried to keep your password alive during our conversion. When you have changed your password recently, we do not have the new password in our system now. This means that using your current password, login will fail. Please, request a new password via your Account Page in order to login at our new site.
Professional Membership
A new element in our approach is that your account has been given a professional account code. You now can apply for free for a Professional Membership, which reflects the way we are business partners. Only professional members can visit this page, a consumer can not! When you activate your Professional membership, you will receive by email 2 coupons, which can be used by you when you order products in our web shop, like the HTMA, HRV and or supplements.
Consumer Membership
Consumers are able to apply for a membership in order to order obtain support on the HTMA and or HRV reports provided. A membership also gives consumers the possibility to order products with a discount.
Orders via the website
All orders to be made are handled via our webshop, including HTMA and HRV. You also have now the flexibility to have the Supplements sent to another address. This enables you to order supplements for your clients directly. After ordering analyssis products like the HTMA and HRV, you also fill in the name of your clients in an extra field near the address label. After completion of the order, you will be notified by email about the status of your order.

The Dollar – Euro exchange rate
You must have noticed that the Dollar-Euro exchange rate dramatically changed the last months. We therefore need to adjust our prices of a lot of our products. We did this e.g. by increasing the price of the HTMA with approx. 10% We fully realize that the prices of the HTMA supplements are quite high, due to the high concentrations of ingredients we use. We decided not to increase these prices, but to lower the purchase margin. The end customer then does not see the effect of the price changes. We hope you understand and respect this decision.
New: Webinars
As per March 1, we will start with 2 weekly webinars. As professional member, you are able to listen and discuss the latest development in the field of HTMA, HRV, lifestyle coaching and health improvement. You do not have to travel, but can visit these event from your private chair! All data will be announced on our website.
